We have made it through a full season! I have loved every moment of Season 1. On the last episode, I brought on my director to recap the highlights of what has happened with our previous 9 guests.
Maccoy and I talked about the different segments we have had. We did hula, karate, stage make-up, lacrosse trivia, dance, and football trivia. In one episode we did Spanish tongue twisters. Maccoy really enjoyed being a part of the segments and felt that he learned a lot about each guest. He and I did a Fashion show segment during the last episode which I absolutely loved. We had fun picking out clothes for him to wear for my show.
I think the highlight of my season was interviewing Chancey Williams. Chancey allowing me to interview him on his tour bus was such an incredible experience that I will never forget. It really gave me confidence that I should keep chasing the wild dream I have.
I am excited to see what season 2 has in store. I would like to do a little better about reaching out to people beyond my school. I want to talk to more community members, businesses, and hear from a few more artists.
Thank you to everyone who supported me and watched my episodes. I am so grateful I was able to dedicate this season to Colby Kent. He was on my heart and on my mind during every episode.
